You matter. And because you matter, your story, your experiences, and your feelings are worth being seen and explored. I am passionate about creating safe spaces for individuals to discuss the things that seem hard or even impossible to discuss elsewhere. Life is unfortunately often full of pain, anxiety, confusion, heartache, and loss, and I believe in the simple fact that we need help from others in navigating our way through.
I enjoy working with individuals with relationship & family difficulties, identity & spiritual formation, life transitions, issues of shame & self-worth, and anxiety & depression. In additional to adults, I enjoy working with adolescents, having come from a delightful career teaching high school English.
I graduated from the University of Georgia with degrees in English Literature and Mass Media Arts, and I am currently earning a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Richmont Graduate University in Atlanta. I am under the supervision of Laura Knorr, LMFT.
