Our mission is to offer high quality, financially accessible mental health services with a deep sensitivity to each client’s spiritual, relational and emotional needs.
Our vision is to facilitate lasting change in the relational and spiritual health in individuals and our community.
Our work is guided by a desire to lead humble, authentic, loving, grace-filled lives. Our team is inclusive, generous, hopeful, and collaborative.
We are staffed by professionals from the fields of clinical and counseling psychology, clinical social work, and theology. We provide therapy for individuals of all ages as well as for couples, families and groups. We maintain a strong emphasis on education and preventive care through seminars held at the Center, churches, and other institutions. Staff members are available as speakers on a wide variety of topics.
The Atlanta Counseling Center was chartered in 1967. We are a non-profit, non-denominational counseling center staffed by qualified professionals and committed Christians who are convinced that when Christian principles and ethics are combined with excellent professional training, the opportunities for a person being helped are maximized.
