I work with adults, adolescents, and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, neurodivergence (including ADHD), relational conflict, family stress, and major life transitions. I’m particularly passionate about helping couples build healthier communication and intimacy, and supporting individuals who feel misunderstood or out of sync. I’m an Atlanta native and a current master’s-level clinician in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Richmont Graduate University, under the supervision of Laura Knorr, LMFT. I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Alabama, and have worked in youth counseling and pediatric mental health settings across Wyoming and Colorado.
