Counseling is an investment in your life, your relationships, and your future. If you are considering counseling, I would be honored to partner with you on this journey.
As a former non-profit professional, I am familiar with the unique stressors experienced by individuals and families in helping professions. I enjoy connecting with clients personally to bring a compassionate, skilled perspective to their current reality. Most importantly, I am equipped to come alongside you to make sense of your own story and achieve your personal goals.
A graduate of both the University of Georgia and Richmont Graduate University, my counseling concentrations include: anxiety, people pleasing, life transitions, adolescent issues, parenting stress, trauma, and relational difficulties. I also have a passion for helping busy professionals navigate responsibilities and expectations.
Additionally, I am pursuing a certification in both trauma and adolescent counseling. Further trauma training helps broaden my awareness of traumatic impacts and expands my repertoire of effective treatment. Adolescent specialization helps me better understand issues across the lifespan so I can effectively help children, teens, and parents navigate the adolescent years with confidence. I meet with clients of all ages.
Thank you for taking the time to learn about me. Whether you find the best fit here at ACC or elsewhere, I encourage you to take the next step to invest in yourself.
